My husband and I loved the squat challenge, and now we want to keep going with NexGym. But when I set up my own 15 day program, some of the exercises this morning were almost a bit much for me. I can always pick the exercises one at a time from the bottom of the menu of exercises, but that is kind of a pain. I would love to see the ability to better customize the workouts Nex creates. It needs to take into account fitness level and age. Maybe allow the user to pick which exercises are included/excluded, and adjust the number of reps.
